How to get support

Email support at info@contrast-productions.com for account access issues, billing questions, bug reports, and App Store review inquiries.

For faster support, include your account email, platform (iOS, Android, or web), app version/build if available, and the exact time the issue happened.

Common troubleshooting

  • Sign out and sign back in if data appears out of sync.
  • On mobile, update to the latest app build and relaunch.
  • Check that your internet connection is stable before saving drafts or sending AI messages.
  • For AI issues, include the exact error text and the time it occurred.

Account and access issues

  • Verify you are using the same email account across web and mobile sign in.
  • If verification emails are delayed, check spam/junk and retry after a short wait.
  • If password reset links fail, request a new link and use the most recent email.

Draft editor and media support

  • Lyrics drafts support rich editing workflows and integrated writing tools.
  • Recorded or attached media should remain playable within the draft context.
  • If playback controls fail, relaunch the app and retry in a stable network environment.

SAM and AI support

  • SAM can assist with rewrites, synonyms, antonyms, rhymes, and general songwriting prompts.
  • AI output quality improves when requests are specific and include context.
  • If no response is generated, retry once and include the prior prompt text when reporting.

Billing and subscription support

For billing questions, include your account email and the date of the charge or renewal. Do not include full card numbers in support emails.

We aim to review support requests as quickly as possible. Priority is given to login/access failures, data-loss concerns, and production-blocking issues.
